Raymond Hoyte joined Dewhurst Macfarlane and Partners in 1997 as project engineer working in various housing developments. He was promoted to associate, then senior associate, finally becoming a Partner in 2004. He leads a group in London specialising in education and housing developments in both the public and private sectors. He is also partner responsible for liaison with design & build constructors and work with social housing.
